Asbestos Removal 247 team has recently conducted comprehensive asbestos management audits for three commercial retail premises in
Glasgow’s central business district. An investment business has acquired homes on Arglye Street, Glasgow, Glasgow Road, and Paisley
Road West.

The inspections were necessary to update current information for the stores and to provide the customers with peace of mind that their
care is covered and in accordance with the Duty to Manage and Control Asbestos Regulations 2012.

Because the buildings were leased, our workers worked outside of typical business hours to minimise disruption to the store owners.

One of the structures had been uninspected for an extended period of time. As a result, damaged asbestos was discovered on-site in one
of the back store rooms. The material was promptly reported to the customer, and a suitably certified asbestos contractor was contacted
to assist with the clean-up.

Following the on-site work, a comprehensive asbestos management survey report was prepared and provided to the customer, ensuring
that they were legally protected. The surveys included the basements, storerooms, shop fronts, and upper-floor storage facilities. The
examination also inspected the exteriors of the properties.
